HR was quick to setup the interview

Was interviewed by Somendra Sahai (bald weird looking guy) who couldn't put together a sentence in English. As soon as I saw his last name and heard the line of questioning about my name, DOB, neighbors cat's name etc. I knew the person was from Bihar or Jharkhand, as people from these parts of the world ask scripted irrelevant questions and are not groomed to conduct interviews that are conversational in nature. There were no questions to understand my analytical ability or to gauge skill-set. The interviewer asked a series of elementary questions for a senior role which I was able to answer, yet, he was still actively looking to discredit my abilities, as I knew more than him. Since the interviewer was also a Business Analyst interviewing for the same designation, there was no way he would have chosen a person with higher caliber and a better command over the language. They will sqeeze work out of you for less salary, and will hire new people on much higher salary, but no appraisal for existing employees. This will teach you patience and ability to work for less money.

Dislikes

Office politics, office hygine is not good, the find rats in office pantry, at every appraisal cycle the company makes loss and salary hikes are cut down. The make dry promotion by just updating the job title with no hike. Micromanagement Strict office break policy, 2 breaks of 15 mins and 1 lunch break of 30 mins, and they monitor it.
