Carrier growth is slow. Salary very low. Even yearly hike very low. Immature management. Epf,esi also not providing. There is no bonus or incentives. The employees will do all works except his professional works. No job satisfaction. Talent unrecognised management. Main thing is that not provide any holidays even government public holidays. Timings issues etc..
