The Area Manager Rajni Lamba after taking over east started judging the managers on the basis of their body and started doing body shaming and threaten the staffs regarding their job. Also after highlighting her mistakes to the higer personal no action taken. Then after some time she threatened a female staff to write a mail to hr putting her on cc blaming me for misbehaving with female staff physically also the previous female area manager wanted to have affair with me and when i said no she started playing games and politics with joining hands with Rajni lamba as she earlier worked together in previous company.
