In mobile tech team there is a lot grouping and lobbying. The core team consists of people who have been together from their pervious or previous to pervious organization. New additions to the team are NOT welcome untill and unless you are a local . The manager of the team is newly appointed and does not know how to take decisions.He will give all responsibilities to his favorites and he even tolerate their bad behavior but if you are new to the team he will not lift a finger to help you get adjusted.
