Centricity of Management: All decisions are made and laid by single person. I think it should be diversified so good ideas and creativity get infused in the work culture.

Work Details

Having 2 years of HR experience with Indian labor laws, but being a fresher in US labor law, i need to equip myself to learn starting from A,B,C...and during this time, support of my Team Leaders and faith of my Management helped me a lot to learn faster.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
