A good Pakistani company if you have a strong reference , then you are pretty safe here

Dislikes

Management changes frequently and this is terrible that when you make your self familiar with one type of management they replace it with totally a different mindset.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-18 hours straight in a day.
