FPL is a excellent learning platform and every employees can easily convey their best suggestions and improvement points as well as implement the same as soon as possible to improvements of process oriented.Good team work has to win.

Salary growth is slow.

Work Details

Initially little bit struggled to adopt with this new environment, But after 3months I feel it is a very good platform. I got a chance to learn everything and create and implement everything. Good work environment. Easily can convey the new ideas.
