Lot of exposure to many areas like design,QC, Manufacturing though I worked there in Design deptt.

Job Security is good.Nice working with shop floor people.Onsite opportunities given whenever available.Company deals in BIW Welding and Machining Fixtures.

Salary is low for freshers.No promotions or timely salary hikes.Work life balance is average (high work at times and no work at all at some times) but salary will be given even if no work is ongoing which is a plus.
