lot of this company timing,management politics, work-life balancing, you have 1 step move to top , we are pulling down 5 step back, more over top 5 management people include MD ,MOST ARROGANCE low level peopleand low level employee

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent.No more Cafeteria and Canteen for chillingZCompany policies are good. Can gain technical knowledge and Learing much more.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. First of all they keep us on third party contract (without any prior information). After that based on our skill they confirm us.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Istruggled a bit in the beginning as there was nko formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
