The people I met initially then they changed the whole management. They were rude and used to hire students so that they could make them overwork they suddenly changed our salary giving some reasons and then introduced strict enforcement. They were not understanding and we had to beg for paid leaves.

Dislikes

They did unethical firing, the work culture was very bad, management was rude and there was no appreciation for work monetary-wise and in general. They claim to be a mental healthcare organization meanwhile they ruin the mental health of their staff. Even when I resigned they didn't provide me proper compensation and very cleverly used my comp-off for 3 days by making me leave early as per their convenience. They have even kept the salaries of employees and this one time one of our team members had a medical emergency at home so they rushed home and then fired him without providing their salary and this is not the only case....Read More
