Everything. Nothing is there to be liked about the company, The management needs high skill development classes as they are good in nothing and expect their employees and even freshers to be good and skillful at everything they do. Neither they respect any of the staff nor they care about employee well being. If you are a fresher then i will highly recommend you no to join here as you will be in your growth period and incase you commit any mistake your salary will be deducted even when you have got no training or any type of assistance for doing that task.
