1. It's worst culture and managment . 2. hierarchy does not have any meaning 3. Poor or No policy 4. It's corrupt organisation where magment has self interests. Those it's German MNC it's culture is worst than proprietor company. 4. Poor understanding of people with respect job requirement. 5. Often No body stay here more than 1 years those who are staying has wasted interest or there is NO OTHER OPTION Most of people leave within 1 year . Not suitable for women. 6.
