Unprofessional company. No personal life. Both MD jitender and tanuja think that we buy all employees of fabricaasto. They call and message you to take update of work in non working like on Sunday, National holiday or at night after 9:00PM. Both MD are half mind. They not accept or want to follow any SOP. Inka sara kam black money ma hota ha. Cash ma employees ko salary date ha ya log. Koi appointment latter nahi date. Or ya dono MD apki personal life ma bahan kar denge. Kavi v apko call a sakta ha apko BSF ki taraha 24x7 gun la kar khara rahana parega. Muse to ya rat ka 1 baje v uta kar bill Or e way bill banbate ha. Mare GF v chor kar chali gai is company ka karan. Nothing to like working with fabricasto company it's totally useless working experience with this compnay.

Dislikes

I don't like working with fabricasto company and my experience is very bad. They are never support any employee and not understanding right thing. Always be oversmart both directores Tanuja Joshi and Jitender Kumar. Both of directors mindless according to me. Because they are thinking that if the any employees will be left this compnay then they are giving negative feedback to other company so that that employee never get any job... They are not following any rules and regulations of the government. They are working with cash and hide the all cash entry in system and keep the all records in the pendrive. These people are tax evaders of the government. Not cutting and PF and ESI and giving all employees salary cash in hand and They can leave the company anytime without any notice to any employee when they have a marquee....Read More
