A few good managers

Dislikes

Favoritism at it's peak in some departments. Not much opportunities. Highly unethical HR specially Kavita Anand who openly bad mouths the senior leadership and puts others down. The company should remove a few people from the firm.

Job role was not cleared at the time of joining. No training sessions were organised. Management is not helpful at all. They can fire at any time

Dislikes

Job security zero No training sessions. No proper feedback by manager. Demoralisation. No job role explanation Management is very poor If you don't know enough Oracle then don't join the company
