Dislikes

office environment is becoming increasingly negative due to favoritism and partiality in decision-making. Promotions and opportunities appear to be granted based on personal preferences rather than skill or merit. Favoritism towards certain interns is creating division, and employees who are not part of select groups (16 Member of parliament) feel undervalued, regardless of their performance.
