In my experience at Exicom, I have found the work culture, environment, and level of freedom to be highly conducive to productivity and job satisfaction. The management team is skilled and supportive, and the overall atmosphere is one of mutual respect and professionalism. I have never worked in a more positive and productive environment.

Dislikes

There are no major issues to report, however, I do have one recommendation for improvement. The company should invest in skill development initiatives and implement a paperless daily work system.

You are flexible at your work. Team is very supportive. Work life balance is good. Working environment is good. If any urgency you can work from home, although company is working from office. You can develop good skill in Exicom, good platform to upskill yourself. MD himself is very technology freak and dynamic personality.

Dislikes

More fun can be added in employee engagement activities. Employee motivation techniques should be applied.
