When seeking a career opportunity within the Human Resources (HR) field, prospective applicants may find that qualifications are not heavily scrutinized. Entry into this profession often welcomes individuals without extensive prior experience or specific educational credentials, allowing for a fresh start and the opportunity to grow within the field.

Dislikes

1) The company fails to provide offer letters upon joining, with promises of issuance after a probationary period that continuously extends without fulfillment, causing uncertainty and frustration among employees. 2) The substandard conditions of the kitchen and restroom facilities persist despite repeated complaints, particularly affecting female employees, who endure discomfort and inconvenience, highlighting a lack of concern for basic workplace amenities. 3) The company's management, comprised of a couple, enforces excessively strict work policies and exerts undue pressure on staff, compelling them to work beyond designated hours and fostering an environment akin to exploitation rather than professional engagement. 4) Absence of essential benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) and inadequate payroll documentation, including the provision of cash salaries without accompanying pay slips, reflects a disregard for statutory obligations and transparency in remuneration practices. 5) The pervasive atmosphere of informality within the office detracts from the professional ambiance expected in a workplace setting, contributing to a lack of structure and cohesion in organizational operations. 6) Upon resignation, the proprietors exhibit unprofessional conduct by taking resignations personally, delaying salary disbursements, and subjecting departing employees to bureaucratic hurdles and arbitrary deductions, demonstrating a disregard for employee welfare and procedural fairness....Read More
