At the outset I got to work on a great project as I was part of the inception team, setting up Eugenix clinic in Mumbai from scratch. I was given great freedom in working on the infrastructure, look and feel of the clinic. Then working on a marketing strategy was exciting and more so when in 4 years from zero your baby becomes the undisputed #1 hair clinic in the city.

Dislikes

Dr Pradeep being a workaholic can drive the team a bit too hard. He also is an artist in his head, so as an artist when he does not like some work he does go off the handle at times.

Currently working with the company in the medical section, Tried giving feedback to owners many times but next to impossible to reach them as they are always influenced by the wrong employees. Handful employees in digital and Sales are so bad they are running this company like anything. strong HR and BO aid needed at this place.
