Dislikes

Inter department Politics and blame games is their favourite sport. Totally a messed up culture, if you are 1 minute late by 10 am then your half day will be marked, but if you are staying till 10 pm no extra pay will be added to monthly salary. Coming early and leaving late is very much appreciated and promoted by senior management. You cannot mark out your attendance 1 minute earlier than 8.5 hours of shift. Infact i would say 1 second earlier is also a big thing here.
