Without doing anything people are getting salary for last 22 months for SCTP project at abudhabi ....our last client meeting happened in Feb 2016 then after hardly 1% project progress with last 22 month time and our client stoped to ask about project ...no more meeting with client....particularly from August 2017 to till now project people sitting in essar villa not entered to site for execute the job....just to convince company top management the entire project crew showcasing by sending some man power to site ...again no progress ....losing money one side and other side from Project team is geeting salary by sitting idle.....the great wishes to the great Project Manager of Sctp. Against project allotted value now essar spent 200% still project not completed which will take another 18 months time if they need to completed 100% ...this is one of the great achievement of very very skilled project manager and Co. .....Read More

Dislikes

Out of total team member in sctp there are very few skilled people working ...this is the biggest failure for not completing project. Only 10% skilled people are there with this strength how come the project will complete this is another great achievement of great project manager ....I never seen such a failed project manager coming to office for 1 Hr. Every day how come he can concentrate on project? ....is it a Project leader mistake or company top managementioned mistake ....we don't know. .....atleast selecting skilled people and exciton of work is with project manager control ....that also missing.....I am sorry to say this....management has to wake up other wise they will kill the company totally....Read More
