Team of Management is good and but old employees such Balaji Rowdy , Ajesh Mad and Shivam idiot are always creating negative atmosphere about the Management to new employee . They are driver of the company . Balaji is rowdy working there he is acting bad spy to the management passing wrong information about others . Ajesh is mad he laughs and marketing driver 3) store Shiva has no qualification and he manipulated the certificate and working there . He was replace to one experienced store keeper Mr. Nitin. Employee turnover is very high. They hire and fire in no time . It is not south Indian company . It is gujrati based company .. In Nutshell Old employee always disturb mentally and physically to New employee to leave the job .Balaji is rowdy he has the gym in house and he is threatening other staff physically to leave the company .
