Dislikes

Company management's focused in only sales there is no any plan for employees welfare. Also DGM & GM levels person is too foolish and they are playing politics with the employees. Managing director is too supportive and doing social work very well, but the leadership quality is too poor even he (Director) is working under GM like that. Gratuity part is being deducted from the employees salary... Which is not good....Read More
