No skill development, no personal growth possible in this place. Specially for a graphics person. Graphic designers are used as tools and not human beings. There is no professional way of doing work. Too much office politics. Very average colleagues. Work will literally make your mental health suffer. The hr is very rude. Her attitude in office and outside is cold. They call themselves South Asia’s oldest communication brand. I feel like its a hoax. Below average work. The office is illegally running in a basement. Which makes it all the more depressing. 1. Great opportunity to learn. 2. Flexible Working hours 3. Hybrid work

Dislikes

1. Disrespectful seniors who criticize everything you do and a very demotivating, depressing environment. 2. No work life balance 3. No proper management or structure to manage grievances. 4. Very low pay which goes against their claim to be South Asia's largest and oldest communication consultancy.
