At Epigamia, we love food and we are always finding ways to unleash the best out of these foods. That’s when we launched Greek yogurt, where we strained dahi to get higher protein and infused it with real fruit to stimulate the taste buds. Since then, we have been challenging the boundaries of what is possible by launching products that are tastier and better for you.Innovation is our fuel. On our quest for novelty, we base all our interactions with different flavours and mix-ins at the Drums Food Innovation Centre. With plenty of creative elbowroom and a passion for pushing boundaries, we experiment with unique flavours, create new products and bring innovation to life!

What Happens After ₹100 Crore? The Uncharted Terrain of Scaling India’s Premium Market
- As premium brands begin to cross the ₹100 crore revenue mark, a new set of challenges emerges.
- The euphoria of reaching a significant financial threshold is often followed by the reality of scaling up without diluting brand identity, managing supply chain complexities, and expanding reach without losing exclusivity.
- In this critical phase, businesses must grapple with not just growth but the preservation of the very qualities that define them as ‘premium.’
- India’s consumer landscape is undergoing a seismic shift, redefining what it means to build lasting brands in the premium segment.
- While hitting the coveted ₹100 crore revenue milestone is an achievement worth celebrating, what happens next is the real test for founders and investors alike.
- India is home to the world’s youngest population, redefining consumer behavior, propelling a demand for better quality, experiences, and aspirational products.
- Pricing remains a double-edged sword. Brands like Epigamia struggle with affordability in Tier-2 cities, while global brands like Glossier succeed by balancing premium affordability with aspirational packaging.
- Expanding product portfolios can sustain growth but risks brand dilution. Indian brands must tread carefully, ensuring adjacencies enhance rather than dilute their identity.
- Retaining early adopters is vital as growth plateaus. Brands could introduce subscription models or loyalty programs with aspirational rewards.
- Crossing ₹100 Cr is a significant milestone, but it represents the beginning of a new phase of challenges.
