Senior staff members exhibited a lack of knowledge or education necessary for their roles. Additionally, the absence of an HR departmenthindered the resolution of crucial employee-related issues, contributing to an unsupportive work environment. I was unfairly laid off by Enkay Enviro services pvt Ltd which added to the distress caused by the toxic workplace culture. The decision seemed unjust and was a disheartening conclusion to my time there. Fair and considerate treatment during terminations is crucial for maintaining trust and respect between employees and employers.
