Highly recommend don't join this organization , director thinking is low. he is find way for your salary deduction and if you're leaving company, company don't pay your complete salary . This is totally lala chaap company. Being a professional I don't recommend anyone for join this organization. Specially all director & director's son yatharth Mehta is no clear objective for how to grow industry,if employee will do that they say don't do don't do,we are small industries no need for this,no need for system improvement,no need rejection control....Read More

1. This is not a company its a DUKAAN. 2. Did not give promised salary. 3. Very toxic environment. 4. No safety compliance, workers working in chappals on furnaces. 5. I am not given Salary when i said i am leaving company. 6. It was worst mistake of my life to join this company.
