Management doesn't care about you, Nobody will ask you if are facing any issues or not, You will never find any manager discussing with you anything, promotions are given only to those who are always running behind the managers

Like This is the only company which used to provide increament to the contractual employee. This company is a growing company and there are ample opportunity to get promotion. The company provide Outmost job security to there employee even in the contracual payroll.

Dislikes

As such no point , all is good , My work experence 8 Years , at Emiza 3 Years compare to other company this is very good company as per my experence ,
