Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Poor culture in recognizing and rewarding employees. Lack of proper growth, salary benefits and respect for employees. High handed and dictatorial attitude of top management without any understanding of ground realities. Top management lacks vision and direction. Very strict about starting work at 8.30 AM but not strict about when work ends resulting in poor work life balance.
