Before the new product take in production or the machining procedures first of all we had made a planning and also saw about the priority of the most important part for the machining procedures ahead which were not in delay or waiting.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Dislikes

Behaviour of workers is not properly behaving according our casts, management is not supportive, they only need production. Also tools and measuring instruments are not proper.
