Dislikes

The promotions are bad. They promote undeserving candidates and say re-levelling. Unfair salaries. Govt. Job type work ethics. People are least bothered. No matter how hard you work you'll still get almost the same salary of the one who doesn't work coz of the structure.

Dislikes

This organisation is a prime example of how lackluster managers can create a toxic and demotivating work environment. There is no to little career progression. The decision making is completely held from the US team. This has been the most toxic workplace I have ever worked at.
