As far as I know, there was no politics involved, this is the only thing I liked there.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance. They expect you to work from 9am - 10pm on an average and sometimes even more. Even though the shift time is 9-7, I have never seen anyone leave at 7. Girls leave by 8.30 and boys by 10/11 on a daily basis.

Work Details

The work experience there was awful, had to work more than the shift time, even sundays, underpaid, no appreciation for the work done, employees should be flexible but the company won't be so. Salary and other compensation details wont be transparent.
