All about my company's working i.e it's good. Management is very effective and efficient.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

For my own sake I would like to get promoted at higher level but in our govt projects there is no such chance. Salary is also low as per my experience.

Work Details

Good. The job is quite interesting! but sometimes I have to deal with trainees of different backgrounds and different aims.....

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Good working environment.Teammates are helpful and mangement is transparent.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

You will not get enough hike after giving your maximum effort.Their are no incentives and hikes from one and half year.

Work Details

The job is intresting.You will learn many new things.Meet new people through out your journey.But for motivation you wont get anything.
