During lockdown first three month they are supportive but from June onward they create unnecessary pressure on employees and in month July they demand resignation with no remarks.or reason. They threaten us to resign if you don't we will issue termination then you have no option to serve notice period then choice is yours.

Dislikes

It is good brand but as nfbc SME lending division is wrost. They don'ts have effective operation system which result slow working process. Work is on hold most of time due to so many reason. They are also not good in terms of loan interest rate they have highest rate in market. During lockdown they miss use government guideline regarding atmaynirbhar loan scheme. I have in month of Feb 2019. Starting months are good they doing good business but from SEP 19 they stop funding.
