1. No timely appraisal, mostly it take place in NOV and DEC. 2. Two division are there Ecofrost and Ecotrone Ecoforst registerd person never get its variable pay out in full. 3. Variable pay out is not on time. 4. Dont join in mid of the year if you want to get counted for full year increment cycle. 5.
