There is no job security, any time you have fired without given notice period, feb 2025 around 150 employee have been fired in Head office without given notice and reason and Branches Around 600 employee fired, pls don't join this company

Me along with a few new recruits joined last year with the hope of working in a fast paced start up. The work life goes for a toss. There was hardly anything to like, apart from a few colleagues with whom made life time memories.

Dislikes

1. At the time of joining the company would say that it is a 5 day working company, but suddenly announce one fine day that during season or leadership meets saturdays are compulsory. For almost 2 months (8-10 weeks) in a year be prepared to work on saturdays. 2. They do not have a strategy on hiring. They have hired professionals like me in the past year to up their IPO game and to show to the worl that world class professionals are working in the company, but on the date of Feb 10, 2025 they decided to remove 150 almost new recruits from the company. 3. We were treated like criminals, and as we were being told about our layoff and we could even process that, our systems were locked. We could harldy even have a copy of our pay slips. 4. We were working on urgent deadlines, weekends were all blocked and suddenly the crazy leadership thought that they do not need us and our role is not required, and was laid off. 5. There is a lot of partial behaviour and the senior leaders are biased. They love the buttering people and give all the decision making powers to them. 6.
