Leaders are like govt employees, stuck in a position forever and never let anyone grow no matter how talented they are. Utilities dept especially led by some twisted spine managers who don’t even know the condition/ work of their employees who are not on the most hot projects. Blatantly ignored for years

Work distribution is pathetic. If you work well, you'll be loaded with more work. And for those who don't work, they'll push their work onto you. Eaton management needs a lot of rethinking and really needs to bridge the gap between research and product teams. You can't develop any product without the product team's involvement from the beginning.
