Here you get full autonomy to choose the right solution for a given business problem. As usual there will be constraints of cost, schedule and scope. But an architects skill is to solve the problem within these constraints. I got opportunity to solve many of real-life problems within these constraints.

Compulsary Overtime - if we failed to do overtime in one of our week off, then they are forcing to do work on next week off..... heard that for some employees they force to work on week off without payment. Compulsary shifts - Employee need to take morning or night shift in between. Bonds - 2 year bonds are there, need to pay huge amount to break it in between. Work overload - There will be work load everytime since most of the employees will be leaving company once 2 year bond time is over and they will recruit freshers and dump the work on them....Read More
