They are good initiatives in hiring fresh candidates and providing a way to prove their skills, the fun activities they organised and celebrations , supportive and values to culture,

Dislikes

Some of restrictions to not do but they didn't affect work, by knowing the candidate is deserving they have to make some good finance decision in the favour of employee also, product base company so 2 years is enough, after it makes task repetitive in new learning or career growth side.

Work Details

Work policy: One day a week , and if employee on leave and company needs.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
