1) Friendly & Co-operative Office Colleagues 2) On-time Salary

Dislikes

1) As a designer it was challenging to work under the marketing team manager and HOD. Their inadequate knowledge in design and video editing led to lack of understanding & cooperation. Attempts to discuss realistic deadlines were dismissed with remarks like. "If I can create videos in 4 hours, so can you", making the creative process hectic & unappreciated. 2) Excessive micromanagement and miscommunication from the Marketing Manager not only disrupted the creative process but also made it challenging to meet the already unrealistic deadlines. 3) Pretentious manager who acts friendly and supportive, but will pressurize and berate you, your skills & your experience during one on one work related meetings 5) Very few national holidays. 6) There were delays in processing appointment letter (In my case I had to wait for 1 month after joining), with only a basic letter of intent provided initially. The appointment letter lacked clarity on key policies, such as resignation during notice period and WFH policies. These information are only provided during HR Induction but they are not properly documented which the employees can sign before joining....Read More
