the positive aspect is that salaries are credited on time.

the work culture here leves much to be deired employees are often valued based on convience rather than merit, with rampant office politics and lack of fairness, perticulary during increments, which are highly biased. management disaplyas unprofessionl. behaviour and poor communication skills. Leave approval are difficult, and strict late mark policies are enforced. Every year a new HR Jooins, leading to changes policies each time.
