I've had a deeply disappointing experience working here. One of the biggest issues is the constant threat of termination. Management is quick to terminate employees, often using "lack of performance" as a vague and blanket reason. There is no clear or fair performance review process, which makes you feel like you're always walking on eggshells. This creates a toxic environment where you're constantly worried about job security, no matter how hard you work or how long you’ve been with the company. Another major issue is the company's rigid stance on leave. Taking leave, even for legitimate reasons like illness, is frowned upon. There's little to no regard for employees' health or well-being. Even if you're genuinely sick, taking a sick leave is met with resentment, making it clear that the company's priority is getting work done at any cost, rather than the well-being of its employees. This attitude not only demoralizes the team but also fosters an unhealthy work culture. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this workplace if you're looking for a supportive and fair work environment. Timing doesnt exist in their dictionary No casual leave No medical leave No pay slip Lack of employees No overtime charges but you have to work round the clock Everyday they will come up with new protocol and will ask you dont know ?Seriously🙊 No transparency You should not have family, if you have you cant work here, if that MD comes you have to be there irrespective of time.. they never bother about that. They will illtreat everyone no matter whoever you are , how experienced , how old nothing matyers to them. Treated like a slave Keeps on stressing about FITTING INTO SYSTEM when they themselves not clear about their system No job security ( They will windup all employees overnight without proper intimation) They will calculate a month from 15 to 16 and give salary on 5-10 th so that we dont get 20 days of our salary.
