The Position is Technician. Not Service executive. False position is mentioned on job opening. You have 2 years bond with 50k deduction if you leave job before 2 years. No matter the years of experience you have whichever field whichever position is except in JCB’s and Breakers your value is zero. Your not going to be judged on your previous working capabilities or position you have handled. Because the working here like Rocket science as per the interviewer. The Interviewer judge your work in 3days and tell you your capability. He thinks he’s the owner of the company. And there’s no one above his work experience. His name is Mr.Manish Goyal. He will send you to Ernakulam for Interview telling the company will provide the expense. After interview at Ernakulam he will again interview you to just show that he’s the judgment maker. If your not interested to join forget about the reimbursement. This company can’t afford it. And will give your lame reasons. This person in particular will make sure to show you that your nothing and you deserve to be treated like shit. Most arrogant person. Well this showed how exactly can be the work environment.
