Office time 9:30 am to 7:00 pm its tooo long time. Promotion & Appraisal is so poor. Bonus is almost noting, like 20% of in hand salary CTC structure also very poor, employee will not get any benefits like PF. Example : let someone's in hand salary is 20000 but his basic is 3500 so they deduct 12% of PF from his basic. so disgusting. Also employee get bonus that is 8.33% of annual basic pay.
