Everything. This is an extremely unpleasant organisation to work with. Everything depends on the owner's whims. 1. HR policies are non existent. Everything is company centric and nothing is beneficial for the employees. 2. Zero job security. 3. No health insurance. 4. No appraisals. Because company is almost about to be shut down.5. The company has no interest in upholding quality policies. Hence this is a very bad place for quality assurance personnel to work. 6. Only 16 paid holidays throughout the year and even that you are not allowed to take as you wish cos, only 4 holidays are allowed per quarter. 7. The company also scams new joinees by giving them a part of the salary amount promised and a few % of that amount is said will be given after 6 months but none of these promises are fulfilled....Read More
