Years Ago there was many benefits like good increment, Gifts, Bonuses etc but everything is now stopped.

Dislikes

1.Year before No increment This year finally people got increment but for this year only. What about previous year? 2. No Bonus from Many Years. 3. Forced to work in Public holidays sometimes in Sunday too. 4. There is no guarantee if you get increment it's depend on them.
