The biggest thing is the culture! We all work like a group of friends, there is no politics, no aggressive competition, or a lot of pressure. Being a startup, you are expected to wear many hats, this can become overwhelming at times, especially for people who struggle to multi-task. I like to see this as a learning opportunity and grow with it, being able to manage more work, people and lead bigger teams.
