1. Salary never pay on time, it may be 15, 17th or 20th. You will have to depend on promoters mercy. 2. You can be fired anytime without any discussion or meeting and promoter will not meet you afterwards 3. Too much ego problem exists in promoter. 4. You will not be allowed to take any leave except one weekoff 5. No leave, attendance, travel policy in place, they can change any policy without keep you updated as per their own wish and you will have to follow it. 6. They will hire you showing carrots and use your network to sell their stuck projects and if you ask them to pay your incentives and dues, you will be fired very next day. I have all the proofs. 7. Pls be aware before accepting any offer from this company. I am still chasing them for my fnf, but they are not responding and ignoring my mails and msgs...Read More
