No work life balance, no salary on time, mismanagement, no appreciation, HR is of no help. Too much of long distance travelling mostly which concluded of no use . No time of working hours. Had worked late nights like 12am or 1am too.

Totally unprofessional company, no respect of any position, any body can talk to MD and spoils work environment. junior team don't obey seniors as every body become self manager by reporting to MD, situation become like a car with four staring wheels.
