Hello, im nishant i worked at DELIUS for an extended period before taking a break a few months ago to travel the world. During my time at Delius, I noticed the company robust sales team, which is quite hardworking. Delius regular takes care of its employees, offering bonuses and health insurance, fostering a sense of family. The Finance team is strong, ensuring financial stability, and Delius supports vendors aggressively. One notable aspect is the efficient payment system,making DELIUS an attractive partners for manufacturers. With an impressive turnover of around 500 crores, Delius is not a only pharma or drug company its part of the larger DELIUS Group, involved in finance, hotel business, and soon delius pharma will launch its big ipo the work culture at Delius is exceptional, and I never experienced salary deductions for taking leave this policy is for every employee also when i used to work in delius every one sees me with respect and i got name fame in industry because of delius at last i must say next best COMPANY in pharma is DELIUS not alkem or cipla their branding is far better not one can beat...Read More
