I would like to bring to your attention an interaction i had with Ms. Kirti regarding a potntial opportunity. During our conversation, i found her behaviour to be immature and casual, which i believe is not appropriate in a professonal setting. Specially, her use of phrases like "takecare" and "Bye" seemed unprofessional, especiallyconsidering her role in recruitment. I believe ms. kirti may benefit from additional training to improve her professionalism and communication skills. or she can be considered in another department where the client interaction or client facing is not required....Read More
